Booking conditions

- Online Reservations : Reservations must be made through our website, where slots are available every 15 minutes.
- Reservation Hours : We accept reservations only during the hours published on our website. Reservations outside these hours will not be possible.
- Reservation Confirmation : Once the reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check it to make sure all details are correct.
- Cancellations : If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations may be subject to charges.
- Delays : We ask customers to arrive on time. A delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice may result in the loss of the reservation.
- Reservations for Large Groups : For groups of more than 6 people, contact us directly by email or phone.
- No Attendance Policy : In case of no-attendance without prior notice, we reserve the right to apply a fee or restrict future bookings.
- Accommodation of Minors : Children are welcome, but we ask that parents or guardians ensure that they remain within the appropriate behavior for the environment of the restaurant.
- Special Requests : We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. Please inform us of any specific needs at the time of booking.
- Right of Admission : We reserve the right of admission to ensure the comfort and safety of all our customers.
